"Really, really helpful customer service"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me quick. They were super nice, like really nice, and got everything sorted without any hassle at all. Overall, it was a really good, really easy experience.

I picked up a tri kit from De Soto for a hot race and it did great. The fit felt right, no chafing at all, and it dried fast coming out of the swim. I had asked support a quick question before ordering and they basically said, “go with the size you’d normally race in,” and that ended up being solid advice. Shipping was smooth too. Definitely worked better than my old gear

I ordered my usual size and it fits well overall... maybe just a little snug around the shoulders. The sizing chart was actually helpful, which I appreciated. I’d buy it again.

I really like how clean and simple the site feels. It’s easy to browse, the sporty style looks nice, and the product photos are clear enough to get a good idea of what you’re buying. The colors and layout aren’t too busy, which I appreciate. I found what I was looking for quickly, though I did spend some time checking prices since I’m usually careful about not overpaying.

I had to swap a pair of tri shorts for a different size and it was painless. The return steps were clear enough, and they got the new pair sent out fast. No hassle, no annoying back and forth... which I definitely appreciate
